Job Descriptions:

  • To raise Journal vouchers
  • To raise bank Payments vouchers
  • To issue cheques
  • To Maintain cheque issue register
  • Ensure that bank balance is adequate to meet the payment requirement.
  • Arrange timely payment to staffs, suppliers, contractors.
  • Petty cash handling with proper entries and supporting bill and voucher in the system
  • Reconciliation of creditors ledgers and others payables ledgers
  • Miscellaneous Accounting Tasks as required to be undertaken from time to time
  • You will maintain all records with utmost secrecy
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
  • Analyze financial statements for discrepancies
  • Review all intercompany transactions and generate invoices as necessary
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with annual external audit. Complete requested materials. Assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual and interim audit.
  • Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team
  • Maintain Inventory
  • Conduct regular ledger maintenance
  • To maintain Fixed Assets register
  • Following internal controls.
  • Assist HR department to keep record of PF details and personal tax(PAN) details
  • Financial and profitability analysis on a requested basis.
  • You will be required to work after office hours and sometimes even before office hours depending upon the nature of the work
